Bobby Moore Academy
Mural along towpath wall of East London school.
Having created a temporary mural for the hoarding around the development, I was invited by LLDC and Balfour Beatty to paint a new mural along the wall of the completed Bobby Moore Academy on the same site.
The 200 metre long design was based on the original Uphoarding project. Because it was a retaining wall - the paints we could use were restricted to breathable, mineral based paint to allow for moisture to escape through the wall from the earth behind.
